Diphtheria, Tetanus, & Pertussis (DTaP, DTP, or Tdap):
Students can receive the Tdap booster when they turn age 11 but is required for entry into 7th grade

Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Vaccine:
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention  (CDC) recommends that girls and boys 11-12 years old receive the HPV vaccine.

Meningococcal (MenACWY) Vaccine:
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that all preteens and teens 11-12 years old receive the meningococcal vaccine with a booster at 16 years old.
